How to display a student’s individual transcript in Colleague?

There are many colleague pre made screens that can be really helpful for administrators.

One of those screens is TRCL.

TRCL = TRANSCRIPT COURSE LISTING

To display a student’s individual transcript, you can use the TRCL – Transcript Course Listing command.

Here’s how you can do that:

Go to TRCL Screen

To go to TRCL screen, you need to type TRCL in the Colleague search box. Colleague search box is at the top of the screen.

Search the Student

To locate the correct student, you can either perform a name search or just type student’s 7-digit ID.

Enter a student’s 7-digit ID and press OR perform a name search to locate the correct student

Transcript Type

You’ll see the Transcript Groupings LookUp box after the completion of the last step.

If you’re looking for just the Undergraduate transcript then type UD and hit enter.

If you’re looking for just the Graduate transcript then type GD and hit enter.

How to export it?

There is a way to export the information above.

Click on the Green X button (excel sheet icon) which is located at the top left side of the page and it’ll open another dialog. That dialog will have a button “Download”. Click on it and it will be downloaded.
